Okay before I start this I just wanted to let y’all know that my eating schedule was all weird this morning because I woke up early for a morning prayer at my church 6:30 and I got back home and knocked out till noon haha soooo yeah 🙂
Breakfast:
Slept through the morning so nothing
Brunch(?):
– 2 small kolaches
– water
Snack: (studying at Barnes & Noble)
– 1 tall green tea frap w/ whip
– 1 spinach & feta stuffed pretzel
Dinner:
– seasoned white rice
– teriyaki chicken
– sautéed vegetables
– water
Workout of the day:
– 30 minute run
– 15 stretching
– 15 of ab workouts
